LOG BOOK - 31.Oct. 2009 : I discovered Virginia back in September, when
we played at Bergheim "Live 4 You". The place caught my attention
as I was born in Virginia, USA. On the night of the gig I rode with
Udo and it took us two hours to get there (normally 40 mins) as Udo's
Navigation System didn't work and he said he did not have a map. After
ending up on the outskirts of Aachen, I found a map stashed in the door
on my side of the car. We finally got there with a little less then
one hour left to set up his drums. Luckily Heinz and Werner had everything
else already set up and ready to go when we got there. I just had enough
time to put on my Zombie make-up and do a quick sound check before we
started.
The Show went well. A few newly won fans from Bistro BEST were there.
Even Wolfgang Haertel from the Bergheim Session who said he would not
be able to make it, showed up for the 2nd half of the show.
